The CTO (chief technical officer) of our reseller in Australia, Bruce Fenwick, spent a week in Finland getting to know our team and educate himself. As the whole industry is evolving rapidly Bruce came to see us to get the heads up for 2017 and help us to understand the Australian customers better. We as the industry pioneers showed Bruce some of the most advanced installations in the world done by us, and agreed on processes to made that available for Australian market.
Bruce is the right man for the job. As a former CEO of his own company and background from electronic engineering, understanding both the technical and practical side of retail visitor analytics came easy to him. In exchange he also shared his experience and knowledge with us and gave valuable perspective how different the bureaucracy in Australian is.
In the end of successful week there was some time off as well. On Saturday Bruce flew to Lapland to spend a memorable weekend before flying back to Australia for Christmas.
